No, just a computer. A modern mobile acts like a mini computer - hence you can tweet on the move. But, twitter has its uses. Personally, I follow a few people and enjoy the insight it provides.

You have a talent. I think the pro cyclists (or their immediate families) would be interested in your work. Many pro cyclists are on twitter. If you could get some attention with a couple, I think you work skills and product would network well in the industry and you could make a reasonable business from your talents. Good luck.
