On this point, one of our cats, despite the provision of plenty of scratching posts around the house, currently sharpens her claws inside a large empty cardboard box in the kitchen which WAS due for the recycling bin - !
Our 3 have every interactive cat toy you can imagine, but still get more fun out of all the boxes they come in.
Our place looks more and more like an Amazon warehouse than a home at times, and as if just to illustrate the issue, I got an email from them this week asking if I was a business.
Same here and don't mention the garden - !
