We had a cat that would get so close to the gas fire that you could smell the fur burning on its tail.

Buffy is a long hair cat with a massive tail and also not easy to photograph to show the tail.
No idea what breed this may have come from but interested if anybody can shed some light on this.

Just made the mistake of taking a drawer out to sort the contents. Vala; the one on my profile piccy, has decided that the now 'available' space is a good place to settle down for a while.
Said drawer now sorted, is currently on the floor awaiting her majesty vacating said space - !

Ref. the above post, I'm just surprised that another of our charges didn't take up occupation in the drawer whilst it was on the floor - !
