cat eye light - broken ...replacements?

Soo, a little update. I picked up my replacement today. The distributor made the cycles UK shop in town send it to them and deal with the replacement. Which made me suitable happy as when I went in before asking for them to exchange it they became all jobsworthy because I didn't have a receipt (well, duh...I didn't buy it here...not that I told them that).
