Raleigh Phoenix. Can't find any information on and the s/n makes no sense.

Raleigh serial numbers never did make sense, the only ones to look out for are those with a 'W' prefix.

That's an unbelievably close ratio freewheel, is it 14-21? I hope it is flat where you live.....

Sorry 24-14 still not much better. Don’t intend to keep it as I’m 6’ 1” and it’s a medium frame.
