I popped into halfords today and i looked , the ones in stock have a screw on freewheel , but i will stand b my earlier comment about leg speed ( cadence ) , at what speed do you feel you are running out of gears?

It's when I'm really pushing on on with a slight down hill evened long s fast as I can just run out of gears I now it's not a major thing is rarely on 5% or smaller o my hole ride so not stopping me enjoying riding just wish I cud keep pedalling with effected

I was just thinking if I cud do sumthing for 30 40 quid I wud give it a go as I'm new to cycling didn't want to spend to much on my first road bike

As mentioned then the 13-28 freewheel should do the job for you then
