I have happened upon this it belongs to a bloke who goes to my table tennis club the paintwork is a bit tatty but no real pitted rust. It has centre pull brakes and Shimano 6 speed gears Suntour down tube shifters ,the back wheel needs truing .Does it have any value? I might have fancied it myself buts its too big 23 inches centre to top.Serial number is3006055

Great bikes the Corsair, launched about 1978 as a Demi-Course which in English is a light tourer.

531 main tubes iirc but nice geometry, I guess that's an '83 model with the 3 at the start of the number but there should be 2 letters before it.

Around the ton in terms of price if the chrome is ok?
