Ok thanks a bunch. I wasn't sure if it was diet or just the fact that I haven't build my endurance up yet. It's quite difficult getting started. haha Hubby rides every day, me just on the weekends so he's in better shape than I am.

Yes, I was going to say it sounds like your legs just haven't got used to it yet. Give them time.

I only started cycling again a couple of months ago after a break of 18 months, and I keep wondering why my legs aren't working properly. I have to remind myself they're not going to be as good as they were when I'd been riding almost every day for a year or more.
