You would be better off going to Halfords or a local car shop. A local garage will not supply unless they also fit. And these things are really easy to do. No it doesn;t have to be Vauxhall specific but it must match.

Short skirt should get the job done for nothing!

No no no. You need a specific Vauxhall fuse, you will also need to know the year of the car, the exact model and the chassis number (you can get that off of the VIN plate).

Could've been the wipers stuck to the screen with frost. On a crap car like a Vauxhall that might do it ;0)

Yeh well the ex took the BMW, so he can leave it at home and catch the train every day so don't get me on that one! Actually it's a nice 1.9CDI and goes like a bomb (when save driving allows!)

2 fuses (one spare) for 42p have come home and fit it and now the windscreen washer works a treat. ;)

The water in the washer pump was probaby frozen with the recent weather Willow. That may have caused the fuse to blow.
Have you got washer additive in there, or just water. The additive will help it stop freezing.

It does have screen wash but I had already assumed that was the reason, it was frozen for several days (at least I think it was) and then didn't work.
