Can't get up to minimum tyre pressure

i finally bought a track pump
this one is so easy to 100psi and then above

on the road i carry 3 CO2 cartridges and an Inflator

I struggled with this with my old, cheap track pump. I finally invested in a Topeak Joe Blow and have no problems getting my road bike to over 100 psi.
