Can't get Gator hardshell 23c onto my rims

I have tried various schwalbes on fulcrum rims. The 5 evo is slightly easier than the fulcrum 7 ( both 2009 models) with the same tyre. Have used blizzards marathons and ultremos and they were all difficult but not impossible. Last weekend however I put a pair of conti ultras onto a avid a319 rims and the swearing could be herd in the next valley. I had to use the toe strap technique jut to get the first bead on and in the end had to resort to levers.......but they ent on.

Maybe we should create our own database and keep it in a "sticky" ?
