Can you replace formula hubs with shimano ? im not even sure they are compatible .
i have had a couple of bikes with with formula hubs and i ran them into the ground and replaced the wheels as i found it difficult to source a replacement .
Shimano hubs i found a lot easir to source and replace.

My LBS was saying pretty much saying the same thing, difficult for parts and incompatible with other brands. Although Formula parts are available after a bit of internet trawling, albeit April 2021. Formula wheelsets come up on ebay frequently, where people have instantly swapped them upon buying their new bikes. Ive seen the wheelsets fetch between £30-70, so another reasonable option there.
