I've put on about 5lbs since starting to commute on the bike and its only 5 miles a day - but I can't see any visible difference in clothing at all, other than on the thighs where my jeans are tighter and improved muscle definition/enlargement in the front thigh and rear calf area. Which I don't mind.
I do get hungrier though so have to be very disciplined on my 10 min wait at Twickenham station not to go into Puccinos and have a cake.
Otherwise I am eating the same as before, which is a veggie diet with lots of beans, grains, fresh fruit and veg. I do have an awful weakness for Kit Kats and Coffee though.
