If (1) the clamp angle is not adjustable, and (2) the saddle rails are not parallel to the top of the saddle, you may have a saddle angle problem.

Edit: The clamp angle usually is adjustable but the range may not be enough. I didn't make that clear. Sorry.

Good move, although you could probably have changed the angle...

Yes,I could change the angle but the seat was still tilted backwards.
