Something else to have a look at is on Ancestry. Has anyone else used that picture. If they have, might be worth asking them if they have any information.

Burnell isnt the relative in question so I will have to do some digging on the name and shops. But market street is actually another street in the town, market street was actually where Dr William Palmer lived (rugeley poisoner). Although I have no older relatives left alive to confirm, Burnell is a name recognisable and I think had a number of shops within the family bearing that name in the town in the mid to early 1900s and beyond.
