The paper is now defunct unfortunately. It was in the Rugeley Post which went in around 2010ish. As to where I'd go from there i don't know.

Burnell isnt the relative in question so I will have to do some digging on the name and shops. But market street is actually another street in the town, market street was actually where Dr William Palmer lived (rugeley poisoner). Although I have no older relatives left alive to confirm, Burnell is a name recognisable and I think had a number of shops within the family bearing that name in the town in the mid to early 1900s and beyond.
