If snapped after 6 days then return bike to LBS. I would find it amazing if they fob you off by claiming misuse. Failing that contact Campagnolo directly. I'm sure that they will be most interested in the issue.

Hi guys and girls,

I did think about abut a warranty job a the LBS but was thinking they will say its down to missuse ect ect! Do you think thay will replace the bar tape, pedel, shoes , helmet and mend my pride too?

Will all rear mechs work with the shifters?

I had the same thing happen to my Veloce rear mech after 1000 miles of riding. Shop was unwilling to do anything so i sent the part to the Campag distributor with a covering letter. I had always ridden bikes with Shimano equipment and never had a problem. Said so in my letter, six weeks later a new mech arrived in the post. No problems since.
