Actually, as long as the LH lever has gone back to the 2007 ratcheting (and it seems that it has), I should be fine with the new Ergos.

They certainly aren't! Campag never made D/T levers for 10 speed so I guess they won't for 11. Bar ends would be the only option but they'd work on the take-off's just the same.

Someone else would need to confirm that the LH ratcheting has gone back the same as before - I guess the number of clicks is crucial to you.
