I currently 26 sprocket on a Campag triple.I don't seem to be able to find a Campag compatible cassette that. goes above 27 teeth.

Advice would be appreciated

If Carlsberg did sprockets, they would do a 32

Me too, and with a 48/36/28 (Stronglight) triple chainset.
Very sensible! I only have a couple of chainrings and I really can't go up steep hills for any distance with my current gearing. If there's a ride that is lumpy, I use Bike No 2 which has a triple and very similar gearing to yours. I think the lowest gear is about 26 inches, and I need every little bit of them.

In that case the maximum rated sprocket size for the mech is a 28, with a capacity of 37. You can probably exceed this by a couple but caveat fettler and all that. You should be able to track down a genuine Campagnolo 9sp 13-28 cassette, other compatible makes will be available.

It is a triple long cage so I should be able to go to a30 cog. Falling that I may chance to smaller chain rings.
