A cancer charity boss who put public donations into plans to build a giant Welsh dragon has been ordered by the High Court to pay more than £117,000 to local cancer causes.

There will be plenty of worthy charities, but is the guy at the top worthy? That is the issue these days. Paying themselves astronomical amounts because they can.

If the guy or gal at the top is able to raise more money and make sure the charity is effective - them yes - surely they should be on a decent amount. Some charities employ lots of people. It's a huge responsibility.
