More to the point.. if the instructor is rushed coming and going from 1 aerobics class to LBT to SPIN.. give 'em a miss

She wasn't rushing between classes. I will ask for some help tonight in making sure my seat is set right. I couldn't go through that again. I was beginning to think my legs would never be the same again - although they soon got better.
Thanks for your advice.
