CAAD8 2300 frame won't take 10 speed cassette

had a similar problem, moved from a 13t sprocket to 12t to solve it

Not sure if it makes a difference, but IIRC the 2300/sora versions have a different BB from the Tiagra & upwards versions. Might they adjust the dropouts for 10 speed groupsets?

Is the wheel the original 8 speed wheel? Is it possible the frame is a 7 speed frame and a customised rear wheel carrying an 8 speed cassette?
