Looking at the photos of the celeste coloured bike my first reaction was," no way does someone 1.70 ride that". I am however less certain that it will not fit you, at 1.80 depending on your inside leg measurement you should be okay on a 57 or 58 cm frame and from the photos It is not clear, to me at least, that it is much bigger than that.

Is it close enough to have a look at without too much trouble? I would be tempted try it for size but this is probably based on it looking like it has a Campagnolo Victory rear mechanism and I think these look dead cool:okay:

Worth bearing in mind is that older road bike geometry is very different to modern. Just because a bike appears too big doesn't mean it is. The OP really needs to see the bike and get his leg over ( paging @Fnaar ) before making a decision on a bike.

I saw nothing that would have stopped me buying either bike btw. You do need to check at minimum that any rust is only surface and that both the quill stem and seat post can be removed. If they can't I'd walk away as it's likely to be a real faff to get it working smoothly.
