Why would you expect that?

We have a similar number of bike stands in the car park or our office complex, and while they aren't usually full, there are always a fair number of bikes during the day.

Is there something about that industrial unit which makes it less likelyt?

When I went past a couple of days ago during working hours there was not a solitary bike in it so based on that I reckon it will end up being a smoking shelter

It's a novelty for me to have bus shelters to photograph as there isn't really a bus service around where I live and there no shelters.

MBIFO Hochburg ("High Fortress") Bus stop, which really is built next to a hilltop fortress, so opponents can invade it in waves of 65 troops, once an hour on weekdays.
