Here are mine on my work bike - an old Raleigh mountain bike that's now a single speed. These are a pair of cut down drops - can't remember the width and am not at home to measure at the mo! I ride on the flats or the horns - find either comfortable but obviously with the TT levers I have to use the horns when braking and riding through traffic etc.

These are cinelli bars cut down and reversed, with spinachis added for aero, full STI and cross brakes. The foam is far more comfy than tape when using them.
