Bulge in tube????

Just replacing a tube on the wife's sirrus. As she doesn't use it much I thought a halfords own would do. On inflating the tube in the tube in the tyre before putting on the bike, I've noticed a bulge in the tube. What do I do, try and fit it or take it back?
I swore I wouldn't cycle shop there again!!!!

If you've got the time, take it back, they have to replace it if it is faulty! Try to remember not to go again-you can get crap stuff cheaper than theirs at Wilkinson's!
