You will find that you want to till the nose a little upwards to begin with.

A Brooks Swallow would look great on your bike if sitbones are not too far apart.

I have a Brooks B17 Standard on my Secteur and I think it looks fine,

I out one on my Ribble when I built it and TBH I think it suited it, (but I would wouldn't I)

I think they can be used on modern bikes in some circumstances, but I certainly wouldn't put one on my CAAD even though I do have a Brooks shaped @rse and think they are insanely comfortable. More fool me? Probably

See, when your actually ON your bike and riding it.............no-one can really SEE the saddle.

So it matters not a jot what the f*** it looks like. If it really does look like a dog it just means you have to ride more.

Reason enough to get a pugugly saddle.
