If you are a salad dodger, try looking up some healthy recipes online, you might actually enjoy creating something tasty from scratch and all the chopping and preparation will "eat" into your munching time and probably save you a few Mars bars, go for it!
You can get as fit as you like, and as slim as you like, but if you carry on eating crap there is a good chance that you will die young anyway!

Ok did upper body circuit, followed by a pretty hard 15 min GCN turbo training session. Food wise just green tea to drink ( 2 litres of water as well). Food wise, bran flakes, and chicken fillet with carrots and peas.
