I used that site 7 years ago to report a missing drain cover that was part pavement and part road.

Ran down there again today and they've done a great job of bunging a traffic cone there to stop anyone falling in.

Great job council.

That’s down to the council not the website. Has that cone been there for 7 years constantly then without any repair?

Oh yes the website is great- the council - not so much.
It's not really a road I run down much - so I couldn't hand on heart say that they didn't repair it and then someone else nicked it and then the traffic cone was a stopgap replacement - but I think that's an unlikely scenario. Very rarely do I see a missing grid. Well - you know what I mean.
