Going to Bristol on the weekend and doing some bike shopping among other things, does anyone know of any good shops worth visiting?

There are four decent sized shops worth visiting within walking distance of each other.

Bike Bristol, Queens Ave, Clifton
Specialized Super Store at the bottom of Park Street
Mud Dock and
Evans

If you want to do a full lap you could also take in one of the best second hand bike shops in the country:

Bike Workshop

The ones I have experience of are:
Blackboy Cycles - don't know why but I'm not keen on this one ... but probably more to do with it's location
Bike UK - used for parts quite often
Bike Workshop - not necessarily the most organised but seems nice Mr Summerdays Roadrat bike came from them
Cyclelife - not used that often
Evans Cycles - useful for having a large stock range and passing if in the town centre
Fred Baker Cycles - had good advice from them
Harvey’s Cycle Exchange - my regular, old fashioned shop
Mud Dock - not one I pop into regularly
Pembury Cycles - Gloucester Road - seems a little quiet at the moment
Psyclewerx - Redland - ok - used for parts
Zero G - Bedminster - fine
Zero G - Park Street - service depends a bit on who you are served by but reasonably good - especially the girl.
