Breeze Blockers

I'd also be a bit worried about how much extra weight they would add to the bike.

With a pair of the hand blockers weighing in at less than a 100g (a pair of feet ones less than 40g!), you must worry about weight an awful lot ;)

Years ago I used something similiar on the motorbike and they made a huge difference to hand warmth on top of my gloves.

Personally, I don't use the tops of my drop bars, preferring to use the hoods, so only the foot blockers would be of any use to me, but they are tempting. A kind of solid windproof overshoe in effect.

Now sort something similiar for the hoods and maybe, just maybe...

Err...no thanks! I find gloves are quiet good at keeping my hands warm.

Yeah right!

When I am pushing 17 stones I think that the weight of breeze blockers is the least of my problems !!!!

Now then, where did I put that gastric band ?!!!!!

PS Was just going to say I still think they are a stupid idea, but having looked out the window and seen that it is frosty and has just started snowing, I may have to review that opinion !!

Well there you go then.

'Buy' a set for the four weeks of bad weather we get every year, and then ask for your money back!

Just wear a pair of gloves - if your hands get a bit cold so what? They'll soon warm up again.
