Braze On Front Mech Problem

Hi First post so go gently and hi to all members.I have a road bike with braze on front mech The bike was built by my LBS around a titanium custom frame. I chose the components namely Shimano 105 Compact STI set up with, and I stress my choice.a Campag Centaur braze on front mech.My research said it would work well with Shimano stis. The gears all work fine with the exception that they rub in the 50 chainring on the 3 easiest cogs and in the 34 ring on the easiest cog.Using the trim makes things worse on the big ring and obviously no trim available as I have lever all the way over to the left when using easy gears in the 34 ring. My LBS have adjusted cable tension, altered angle of mech but say the problem is that the front of the cage is too narrow.Yes they have tried to stretch it out a little. All the rubbing is on the left side of cage and I can see it catching on the front left. So I have been told nothing else can be done hence this post. Can anyone suggest a front mech, perhaps with a wider than normal cage ,that may get rid of the rubbing?COLIN
