It is within very easy commuting distance.

I used to live very near it. Until I moved north (Manchester) I thought I could descend ok; then I saw the guys in the Peak District. Later I moved to York by which time I was a lot better but still people pass me. The fact is that any one who goes faster than me down a hill is a nutter and anyone I overtake is a wuss.
