Where are you?

ANd I have a question.

I watched riders recording speeds, essentially flat speeds, in the 41-43mph region tonight. Without breaking any records.

How is this possible?

On the topic of bonj...wither "The Bonj Book of Cycling"? Has the last reader fainted?!

WHAT.

probably either:
a) on a recumbent wiht a fairing
;) 'essentially' flat doesn't mean actually flat
c) you got it wrong and it was km/h.
or possibly all 3.

The question was where? WHAT is an inadequate answer.

A) Nope
 True. But no higher than three metres tops.
C) Nope

just browsing.
Still read the forum now and then, and i'll still sign in to check PMs for map requests and such like* just can't be bothered with putting that much effort into contributing, 'cos i don't particularly like the direction it's been heading in of late, which therefore limits the amount i can get out of it.
But it's not a problem - i'm not complaining. I'm thinking about writing a cycling blog instead.

* (there are still at least on average a steady stream of few newbies a week requesting to be added)

would i be right i assuming that the gentlemen concerned were riding fixed with no brakes dave5n?

Might have been. They were going very quick so I couldn't tell for certain.

Althought they did pass me roughly every ten seconds or so...;)

Sounds good. Be sure to post a link if/when you set it up.

Oh great, so it's your fault then FM. <sarcasm>:bravo:</sarcasm>

Dear god, this could be hilarious.....

no, that's exactly the point. It won't* be funny. It'll be a serious blog about cycling for serious cyclists. Just as much for my own benefit to look back on as anyone else's.

*Well it wont' be intended to be, it might be slightly amusing on an anecdotal basis in places, but it won't be written as a joke.

However, I have designed a new logo for this forum...
