Bob Jackson frames are highly regarded by steel bike riders. The sort of riders who choose modern carbon bikes wont appreciate them, but to a steel enthusiast, Bob Jackson frames are right up there in the desirability hierarchy.
I agree with @Cycleops the odd modern wheels really don't belong on a nice lugged 531 frame at all, but I imagine most buyers would factor that in and replace them with more traditional looking ones.
