Find the left shifter lever stiffer than the right is that normal ?

Yes, I've SRAM Red and have found the same to be true. I'm well used to it now and it's been great over the last 1000 miles. Enjoy your ride!

Not before the reflectors.

The wheel and bar mounted reflectors + bell will be coming off asap

What do you mean by dust cap?

Comes with 11-32 cassette which is too big for me , i might swap it for a smaller range 11-28 maybe so i still have a really low granny gear .
At least it did not come with the plastic ring behind the gears!

After riding this home yesterday i got on my commuter and i stopped twice because i thought i had a puncture as it felt that slow .....

Dust caps = The caps on your innertube valves!!

Don't rush to change your cassette... the Apex gruppo is great, and I use all of the gears on my CX especially when carrying touring weight on the back, although admittedly on my Team Carbon it's only the 12-25 I think. If you decide to do a hilly sportive you might be glad of them towards the top of the peaks!
