Bloody Employers !!

I heard a story years ago that a company was in financial trouble. The owners employees stayed to work after hours regularly without overtime to try keep it afloat.
Sometime later when it's troubles had gone and was doing much better, the owner paid all his employees mortgages off as a thank you.
