They're off and on like a tart's drawers. Can't be arsed to bother with their aesthetics. Through a couple of crud-filled winters now, they've done the job.

Cycling is a sport its a mode of transport its a way of life it open to all who can want to afford it and want to it. That is what I love about all people from every walk of life. I hope it continues that way. Ooh nice bikes by the way

Well, I can't remember having seen a Lapp on a bike. At least not in traditional costume. It may be that Lapps, (and muslim women, perhaps) are dressing like the rest of us when on a bicycle.
