So when I had my old chain, the gears would not slip while pedaling with hard force but when I put my new chain on and sized it to the same exact size as my old chain, it still slips. It only slips on the highest gears on the rear and front. I have attached images for the freewheel, chainring and rear derailleur.

Not sure I follow, perhaps a typo but you say it was not slipping and now it still does slip. Did it slip with that old chain or not? Also, what chain did you install, one good for 6speed? Worth checking…

Very common. Your old chain had been left on too long and worn the cassette and possibly chain set. Put on a new chain and suddenly nothing meshes well. Expensive mistake. In future use a chain wear tool and change chain earlier, I get 3 to 4 chains per cassette.

I never knew how often to check the chain and replace it but now I know. Bought a chain checker.

Also, It doesn't slip on the lower gears. I can see the teeth on gear 5 and 6 is fully straight but the lower gears isn't.

I installed a £20 shimano chain.

Freewheel needs replacing. To DIY, you'll need a Shimano freewheel tool, which is different to the cassette tool, and probably a long pole that fits over the tool or wrench handle.
