Kind of hard to describe but push the bike down into the ground with your arms & legs then pull the front of the bike up then take your weigh off the back wheel.

Wow wow and bloody wow,that guy is very immpressive,i remember as a kid trying stunts on my old Raleigh Burner and failing so many times dreaming of being half as good as this bloke,........Ken Block on a bike !!
