I may be wrong but wasn't Cyclechat formed/populated by dissatisfied users of another cycling forum, long before I joined so I'm not positive.

although you do need to contribute to the "wear a cycle helmet or not" debate without bloodshed in order to be assessed for suitability

most of us only pass because we don;t know where everyone lives!!!

I know that I don’t post all that frequently in the CS, as the racing side of things is my bag, but I regularly read the political jousting.
So, it’s a case of if you can’t lose them, join them.

Conversely, I virtually never posted in the pro races bit (other than when something pro happened in the Drôme), but enjoyed the political jousting. I have a feeling that I might do less of that over in the CC NCAP silo, but we'll see.
