It will be interesting to see which way Shaun jumps on the OSA. If it were only up to me, I'd probably take the risk (I did do the risk assessment so we are compliant) but, if I am rendered penniless and bankrupt due to a malicious poster's actions, it affects my family.
It is relatively easy to put the forum in reversible stasis (read-only) for a period while this sorts itself out or doesn't, as the case may be.
The CUK forum has stayed open and published its risk assessment, with a few subtle digs at the Act.
