Lots have. Adrian timmins gets good feedback as do many others. Have a search. I considering cadence, good feedback on here.

25,000+ miles since I had my fitting done on the Viner (other bikes setup the same way) without any issues. Absolutely essential for long term fitness, IMHO. Mine was done to the bikefitting.com system.

With these kind of threads, typically:

You will get a few people telling you yes essential blah blah and using some anecdote to justify this such as "I got 3 Strava KOM's the next day", "my left testicle is no longer numb" etc.
.
You will get some people saying no, waste of money, look on youtube and do it yourself.

I'll go somewhere in the middle and say, it may offer some benefits but it is far from guaranteed. I would NOT go with any "fitting system" I would go to a sports therapist with a lot of experience in cycling that offers bike fitting services.

Find someone who knows what they are doing and comes well recommended.

Very happy with mine.

Yeah not cheap but I have knackered bits and need to start training for ride 100 ASAP. What to make sure the bike is right

When I bought my TT bike I had a bike fit. The seat post needed to be cut to size and the bike fit costs less than a replacement seat post if I got it wrong. I'd never owned a TT bike before and I was very happy with the bike fit from Bike Science.
