Bike dosent seem as stiff?

They do I adjusted the bearings myself to the point they are unbelievably smooth and run for ages off just a small spin

Bearings are adjusted incorrectly and to slack which will result in a free running wheel due to lack of friction, but equally one which will not support itself and spread the load correctly across the bearings and hub.

Very unlikely, but just give the bike frame a good inspection round all welded areas. An alloy frame of mine developed a certain amount of flex, coupled with creaking and cracking under load..broken weld under my BB, where the downtube joined.

Very unlikely, but it never hurts to inspect occasionally anyway.

let's go back to first post. you have noticed a change in stiffness over the last 2 rides? did you change any parts before the first of those rides?

if not, then check the frame for damage and wheels for loose spokes.

The wheel bearings are fine, the only thing I have done is took the wheels off to clean the bike, the bike was washed as it is every week it's since the wash it has seemed iffy, I seem to be getting some definite flex in the cranks so I'll further inspect that at the weekend

Pay attention to the BB area if you do the flexing thing I described earlier, something doesn't sound right.
