Just getting into the road side of cycling. Found a bike on CL and was hoping someone could tell me if its a decent starter bike. 2008 Cannondale Six13. Paying $675. Claims he only rode it twice.
Bike advice???

Seeing the bike in person is the only way to judge quality. Look for scratches and evidence of crashes. Why would someone buy such an expensive bicycle and then want to sell it after two rides in 5 years? It still seems a little high for the Craigslist option. Bike value will be judged by condition, age, and ultimately, what you are willing to pay.
