I don't have a link for you. But as you have found they are available from ebay. Cheap pair of clear safety glasses + bifocal stickers = cheap as chips eye protection plus a visible GPS/computer/map thing. Not necessarily the best, or most comfortable ...

Blimey. Just go and see a decent independent optician and they will be able to glaze any frame with any lens for you. I use varifocals and they are superb, you can't even see the transition between close and far. I have them in curved reactolite lenses for cycling. Very strong prescriptions with thick edges can be accomodated by Shopic frames, which have a separate sub-frame for the lenses:

Going to a proper opticians is the other end of scale from sticking lenses onto cheapo safety glasses, but I agree with @Globalti that the end result is way better. I've just got some from Optilabs on @ianrauk 's recommendation. Very happy with them.

Seconded from someone who has worked in the industry.
Your local optician should be able to get hold of all sorts of prescription sports eyewear for you. Anything from cycling glasses to shooting spectacles. They'll be able to advise and fit whatever you require.
It's also worth noting varifocals require the optician to take some fine measurements, to set the distance and near zones of the lenses correctly in the frame. I know a few people have bought varifocals online, because "it's cheaper", but I would not recommend this, as these measurements can't be taken remotely. My time has been wasted by people doing this and ending up with glasses they can't see out of/get on with.

Absolutely spot on. My local optician spent over half an hour getting the measurements right for my vision and the result was well worth it; I can't see any transition between the prescription bit and the near bit and the vision is superb.
