Hello CC,

I have been noticing a bit of a problem, with both my original set of shorts (£25 Tenn 8 Panel Shorts) which had a rubber grip and a set of bib shorts (£40 Specialized) that don't.
This problem being that they seem to slide up my leg when I cycle, to the point where they are about half way up my thigh.
When standing they are just above my knee, and are relatively tight against it.

Does anyone have any suggestions on how I can keep the shorts where they should be?

Thanks

a staple in each leg?

Yep as the grippers cannot grip to the skin - I guess they are still budget shorts so maybe the grippers aren't the best

Otherwise, try 3/4 lengths below the knee?

I still don't particularly want to of wasted £40,
I wonder if I could sew some silicone onto the hem myself?

Easier to wax your legs ;) And is it that much of a problem? Or maybe velcro, just the hook side to grab onto your hairy legs?

I've got a pair of Tenn shorts with the same problem. They don't grip to skin, but they seem to grip okay to leg warmers or tights, so hopefully I'll get some wear out of them this winter.

*Sigh*

Looks like I am in need of another set of shorts.
Any suggestions on how I can check them, since I obviously won't have a bicycle to pedal on in the shop and as I say, when standing they come to the right position and they felt secure.
They seem to get pulled up when I sit on the bicycle and then they seem to get exaggerated as I start pedaling.
