Can't say I have noticed this on long rides, though now I can see the advantage. Wonder how many pro cyclists use bib shorts as opposed to normal shorts.
+ 1, the other thing I like is when I stand up they stand up with me and don't get caught on the saddle. Since I converted to bibs I hardly ever wear shorts.
