Certainly seems acceptable for blokes to pee on the floor or in a doorway xx(

I have the bladder of a camel! (not literally you understand)
I may give them a go at some point but as I currently look like a camel (minus the hump) maybe I'll wait until I've lost more weight

Love my bibs, especially in winter as my 3/4s act as an extra layer.

Did a sportive last spring and was subjected to some rather unpleasant views courtesy of some cyclists who should have been wearing bibs but sadly for me, were not xx(

I would love to find some bib tights that fit my rotundness. My shorts tend to roll the waist under my gut. Braces help a lot but don't look very elegant. Unfortunately all the weight I lost earlier in the year has gone back on and some

In the winter, whether it be on my mtb... Or on the road. I'll wear Bibs... Sizing is important, I went for 1 size larger... Seemed to free up my shoulders a bit more, whilst keeping everything else in place, shall we say. Love the zero wasteband... But I can imagine, as above.... Having to relieve ones self regularly... On longer rides, might be a pain for some. Horses for courses perhaps  Adam

I don't have any hand drawn graphics for this but - have a pee before you put your bibs on - or is that being simplistic.
Simplistic, unless ...
  • You only do very short rides
  • And/or like being dehydrated, so you don't drink much
  • And/or have a bladder the size of a house
In a 6 hour ride, I would drink 3-4 litres. In 8 hours, 4-5 litres and rides over 10 hours, 6+ litres.

Just got home with my new bib strides from Aldi. Not worn them in anger yet but have tried them on. I look like a cross between Max Wall and Barbapapa but I can see the benefits already.
Got some wool, cycling socks too which seem good quality and will no doubt add to the Max Wall effect. I'm going to look bloody sexy tomorrow morning (if you're attracted to middle aged chubbster in tights)
