If so, it's perhaps worth pointing out that there's another guy with the same name in the same area who's in a completely different line of work (and possibly more who aren't so visible online).

You are correct to advise caution but the press reports give an address and the name and address tally - it is unlikely that there are 2 people same name living in the same road.
