best tube size for a 700 x 28c tyre.

As it says realy, there are many different ranges of inner tube size but what would be the ideal one for 700 x 28c?

I use Specialized 700x20/28 or the same in Schwalbe.

On my touring bike with 700x28C tyres, I use Tioga 700x28/35C tubes, and have only had 1 or 2 duds in over 5 years of using them.

When I had 28mm tyres I preferred tubes at the smaller end of the scale, like 700x20-28 rather than 700x28-35; as I found them slightly easier to change.

This is what I have been told, the smaller end of the scale are easier to work with, many thanks for confirming this.
